"Chi" is a term that is used to explain what gives life. Regarding the body, chi is what differentiates a corpse from a living human being. It is also called the life force.

A strong life force is what makes a human being totally alive, alert and present while a weak force results in sluggishness and fatigue. You can increase and develop your chi to overcome illness, become more vibrant and enhance mental capacity.

Chi machine, developed and first manufactured in Japan, is a passive aerobic exercise device that promises to strengthen this life force, called Chi. The machine works with a simple logic that can be compared to the movements of a fishtail. It shakes and vibrates the whole body from the ankles up. The biggest benefit is that the moving and shaking goes on while you're lying down. This shaking and moving, said to give our Chi a special spark, resulting improved metabolism, weight reduction, increased energy, muscle relaxation, increase in cell oxygenation, and stimulation of the sympathetic nervous system. Some say that just five minutes on the Chi Machine is the aerobic equivalent of walking for 30 minutes.

The Chi machine can also be beneficial for those with diabetes, fibromyalgia, lymphedema, and migraine headaches, as well as for those who wants to tone their muscles and lose weight, all while lying down for just 15 minutes a day.

Swing Master - Chi Swing Machine, a newer and improved version of the original Chi Swing Machine, incorporates all of this benefits and can give promising results to people who cannot, or does not wish to do physical exercises.
