Larger Far Infrared Panels
1. Plug the Portable Far Infrared Sauna power socket into electrical outlet. If an extension cord must be used, it should be less than 3 meters long. No other electrical appliances should be connected into the same extension cord.
2. After sitting on folding chair inside the Portable Far Infrared Sauna, close the zipper all the way to the neck, and close the Velcro strap around the neck.
3. Extend hands outside the far infrared sauna through the hand slots to set controls.
4. Press the POWER button once to activate the Portable Far Infrared Sauna LED digital display shown in the display window. Press TIMER button to set for 10, 20 or 30 minutes. The timer will simultaneously turn on the heater and the FIR, automatically counting down to 0 before shutting off power.
5. Press the FOOT button to turn on the Portable Far Infrared Sauna heating element and FIR on the foot pad. If the foot pad is too hot, move feet to the sides or press the FOOT button again to turn it off.
6. Once a thorough sweat has been achieved, turn off the power from the Timer Control Box and cool down.
7. Wipe off sweat from the chair and cushion and close down the Portable Far Infrared Home Sauna, performing the above procedure in reverse.
